Our STRONG SENIORS classes evolved as a result of B2B Health and Fitness' involvement in the Deakin University's STRONG (Strength Training Ongoing) Study and the recognition of how vital strength training in the senior community is to develop longevity and quality of life.

We understand that large gym environments can be rather intimidating for the senior community, (indeed for anyone who has never been to one).

Who qualifies for this class:

  • Seniors 50 years+
  • Approval from your doctor is necessary to participate

What is involved in these classes?

Groups consist of a maximum of 8 Participants, training 3 times a week with a qualified Lift for Life Trainer. Participants will be assessed at the beginning and reassessed at the conclusion of their 6 months for:

  • Functional ability
  • Balance
  • Strength
  • BMI, Body Weight, and Measurements.
