I've been training with Perri for around 2 years. I'm not going to lie, I’m not a huge gym junkie or lover of exercise, but Perri has become the X-factor of my workout. Unlike previous exercise bandwagons I tried to jump onto I've found working out with Perri has kept me keen and interested. Recently I've drop 5kgs; it's been from a combination of working with Perri but also taking her advice on a healthy lifestyle.
