I've been training with Perri for around 2 years. I'm not going to lie, I’m not a huge gym junkie or lover of exercise, but Perri has become the X-factor of my workout. Unlike previous exercise bandwagons I tried to jump onto I've found working out with Perri has kept me keen and interested. Recently I've drop 5kgs; it's been from a combination of working with Perri but also taking her advice on a healthy lifestyle. I guess the main thing that keeps me coming back each week is the fact that Perri not only works out my body but is also there for a mental workout, she is always in the session 100% with me and if she's not helping lose my "junk in my trunk" she is helping me work through the "drop-kick" crush I've develop on the latest boy in my life.
